Plone hosting recommedation
Do not :
- Use fussy credit card merchant.
- Take 2 days to reply to emails.
- When payment finally succeeds, cancel it, because you have no accounts available that day (rather than asking if I mind waiting).
(Well known offending plone host will remain nameless)
Do:
- Spot customers payment problems.
- Email them within 10 mins asking if there is anything you can do.
- Set up the site with no quibbles in the meantime, offering alternative payment methods for the future.

another +1 to plone hosting on webfaction. Have had nothing but great service and support from them in the 5 months I have had my plone sites with them.
